Ordered photos online. Tried to call several times to see if photos were ready but no one ever picks up the phone. Went to the store to pick up photos and apparently their photo printer has been ‘broken’ for weeks. Very poor communication.

I’ve had mixed experiences. Out of 3 employees who I dealt with, one seemed very helpful. Another was completely unhelpful and gave me wrong information causing me an hour of wasted time and would’ve cost me extra money had I not finally figured out her mistake before having to pay. She also didn’t seem to be listening much to what I was saying. A third seemed lazy and tried to cut corners. I requested a picture put in a frame. The photo needed trimmed slightly to fit but she was getting ready to just bend the photo and force fit it to the frame when I suggested she trim it. She then went to cut the photo down with scissors which would have made an uneven cut. I asked her to use their machine that is made for trimming photos and at my prompting she did so. I would rate the 1 helpful employee a 5 but the rest of my experience a 1 or 1.5 so 2 over all.
