I ordered a same day mounted photo collage of my son for my mom. I ordered yesterday evening and the time said it would be ready by 11:30am today. What happened to same day? But okay.. we had to repeatedly call this morning just to be connected to someone. When we finally got ahold of someone, it was an electronics employee who refused to look up our order in the system and told us he couldn’t find anything already completed. We’d have to call back when the photo person came in at 1pm. We call back at 1pm and get connected. We tell him what the order was and get put on hold for about 30 minutes. I’m assuming to actually complete our order because he came back on the phone finally to tell us it was done and we could pick it up. Gee thanks. I still haven’t gotten a notification or anything telling me that the order is ready. Definitely not going to be ordering from this photo center again.
