If I could give less than a star I would. As a pharmacy tech I didn’t think that a tech would have to explain to a pharmacist, someone who studies more than us assistants to have more knowledge regarding something as simple as a transfer of prescription. And from the same company!!! All they had to do is call the other location for a verbal. Instead I get Insulted by some make pharmacist who must have gotten their license from a Cracker Jack Box but okay sir please keep calling me names when you don’t know how to do your own job.

This is my first time ever ordering my prescriptions from Walmart. On my first visit, I asked for a discount and they were able to find online coupons. The pharmacist went over my medications and side effects in detail. On my second visit, one of medications was not ready. It was my doctor’s fault for not submitting the prescription. Walmart had already called my doctor and requested the prescription by the time I called my doctor’s office. Customer service is excellent: courteous, professional, and all with a smile! Walmart is less expensive, faster, and follows up. I’m very happy! Goodbye CVS!
