I place an order 24hrs in advance, the person that took my order reassured me that she would make sure the cake was done correctly. When I arrived as I was looking at the cake from across the counter I could tell it was UNLEVELED!!! After 20 mins of waiting, I found an associate who then called a manager. I asked the manager did he see anything wrong with the cake & of course he said NO, until I started pointing out that the cake was UNLEVELED, the icing was messed up, the writing was SLOPPY!! The manager then told me that their cakes are PREMADE!!!! I ordered this cake for a staff Christmas party, so with the discount I went ahead and purchased it. The icing on the cake was about 3x thicker than the cake. I will never purchase another cake from this bakery.

Must have been an unleveled cake. I had customized for a graduation party. It started off with a crack and ended up completely split by thr next day morning. Delicious but not well put together.
