Arrived at 11:40, was told I would have a 45 minute wait. Told them to check if tires needed rotating but not to do them because of an extended wait and I had to drive 30 min to pick up my son after oil change. Check in in 45 min, don’t see my car, no one in TLE area to ask. Check back in at 1pm, see my car flying around the corner from the back of TLE and into the Lube Bay. Manager says they just finished my tire work (which was NOT priority, and let 4 or so cars go ahead of me in oil change).45 minute oil change turned into almost 2hrs including work I didn’t ask for and I was over half an hour late to pick up my son from school.

Depending on which Walmart you go to in Jackson or Dekalb Co. Al. Scottsboro Walmart auto center, now does not open until 9am and understaffed Fort Payne auto center opens @ reg time and fairly quick but under staffed and checkout was a long wait.
