Usually service has been pretty good? Although here lately there’s always a 2-4+hr wait due to not having enough certified mechanics. I believe management needs look less at trying to run a store on a skeleton crew and focusing more on hiring more certified mechanics.

Was told it would be at least a 2 hr wait for they could even look at my vehicle. I just needed my tires rotated and balanced. Every time I attempt to go here, it is always a 2 hour wait.

I was put on hold for 23 minutes, and then they hung up. I tried again and I was on hold for 41 MORE minutes and then they hung up on me again. I’ve also tried getting tires three times. The first time they said they had 3 in stock, I waited for 3 full hours just for them to come and tell me they didn’t actually have any. The second time they told me they had 6 in stock, I waited one hour and again they came and told me they didn’t have any. The last time they told me they’d have them in on the truck the next day, and I went and checked band they still had none. Theyod prices but that doesn’t matter if you can never get what you need.
