I give a 3 due to wait time, other than that its where I got for oil changes and tires. Customer service is great.

Prices are cheap for oil changes and tires. You can get a full synthetic name brand oil change here for about $50 with the tax included that would normally cost you about $75 somewhere else. Their prices also can’t be beat on tires if you order them online. They screw up the orders sometimes, but will accommodate you for your trouble with significant discounts on already discounted tires. Their mounting and lifetime balancing is a steal. I’m not sure of the competence of some of their mechanics, but I’ve never had any serious issues thus far. I drive an old, rusty, 2004 Malibu LS with 176k miles, so I’m not really worried about them hurting a car ready for the junkyard soon. I’m not sure if I would bring a really expensive car here, but maybe I would. I would have to think about it.
