Yesterday I called about having a set of tires installed. The man on the phone told me “no” very rudely and kind of stunned me so I asked “why?” And he said they were busy and can’t get me in. I went down today , there were zero vehicles in the shop. The big man behind the counter was definitely the same man on the phone who spoke to me on the phone. Again I asked if I could have a set of tires installed and AGAIN, “No”. I said why not? “There’s people ahead of you.” There literally wasn’t one vehicle in any of the service bays. I will never go here again and I advise anybody to go elsewhere. I don’t trust anybody who doesn’t care about their job around my vehicle.
