I also agree on 0 STAR options – Jest of it is – after being Tossed around like an OLD shoe VIA the phone (for 2 days) – MGR, Corp (5) different people – trying to get someone to return my Mother’s purchase (sewing machine) still in original box, used once barely as it is too computer focused for her needs & afraid of contracting COVID(82) yrs old – she is now vaccinated & (I as well to help) – THE LAGUNA NIGUEL MGR has the Choice and FINAL decision – according to CORPORATE – but REFUSED – without even seeing how well the (Item/Box/Manual/supplies) had been cared for & preserved!Could have taped it & right back on the shelf as the item is still sold SQ9285 in stores – NOT even Store Credit which means they make double – HE Refused – I could see if there was NO longer a box & OBVIOUS usage – (1) time use – just too advanced – nice – but too advanced – & back in the day YOU were NOT taking returns after it was purchased – the world shut down on and on 2020 nightmare!I asked if there were other options like AMAZON has: Drop off @ Kohl’s, UPS, FedEX or home pick up like AMAZON – CurbSide? NO & NO they said – Coming in was ONLY option – {AMAZON} NEVER EVER haggles us, OR have to endure relentless calls or even question our concerns & after every call we get a follow up email – recapping the call, how they will remedy, time involved, call backs if necessary & THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD – THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!So NOW Walmart with all your Policies you single handedly turned (2) 25+ year customers into AMAZON lovers – plus friends & family who were shocked at this behavior – And CORPORATE Your Boss – OH – NO I’m sorry your tag line is AND THIS IS A COPY AND PASTED QUOTE FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!As our Founder Sam Walton would say, ‘There is only one boss… The Customer.’ I love working for The Boss!HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED – if he were alive – wonder how he would feel about this STORY!!! 🙁

I will Never shop at this store again. Warning for all customers they only had 1 person to check us out! I called the store No one answered, No managers the lines for self check out were packed. The 1 check out lady said no one was there to help out. Everyone was yelling, No air conditioning in the store.That place has No Respect or Consideration for customers!They need to HIRE people. How they run that store is unbelievable. Never going back there! The 1 star is a joke..you should add a zero!
