Honestly I feel they need to hire more employees for the departments or assign more than one associate to a department to ensure the customers are being helped properly and in a timely manner…. only a handful of the workers looked genuinely pleasant and inviting trying to do their job according to its guidelines, the others look like the customers are an inconvenience and are making their day hard and increasing their workload. Happy employees help create a more positive environment, and the customers will in return respond better and possibly spend more because they feel good about being there and patronizing a happy place in the end. Happy workers equal happy shoppers
