Dropped off new prescription as new customer. Was told it will be ready in half hour. Went back to pick it up one and half hours later and after searching for my prescription was told they do not have it in stock. They had my number and they could have notified me earlier. Customer service at its worst.

I visited the pharmacy two days prior to their getting the prescription from the hospital and asked if they carried this particular item. I was told no, so I asked at that time for it to be ordered and that was agreed. That was Wednesday. Then Friday my friend gets out of the hospital and the prescription was not filled and they blamed the Dr saying it was not filled out correctly. I checked the next day and the day after that. Three days go past and still the prescription was not filled for an insulin reader. A TOTAL OF FIVE DAYS AFTER I CHECKED IN PERSON THAT IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE. Finally I said that was enough, I did not have confidence that this would ever get filled so I asked for the prescription back to have it filled elsewhere. I will never go back to that pharmacy again, that to me was pretty petty for them to blame the doctor and then blame other shifts and never get an insulin reader ordered for a diabetic. IF HE ENDS UP BACK IN THE HOSPITAL IN A DIABETIC COMA BECAUSE WE CAN’T MONITOR HIS GLUCOSE LEVEL, SOMEONE IF GOING TO PAY DEARLY, IF I CAN GET LICENSES REVOKED I WILL, THIS IS A CRITICAL ISSUE.

Used to be really fast and knowledgeable. Now everytime I go it’s one problem after another. Including refusing to refill a medication that had refills after arguing with them for 45 minutes they finally did it. I will no longer be coming here. Worst pharmacy I’ve been to
