I would like to highly commend Jiju A., the Pharmacy manager, for being the best Pharmacist that I have ever had. He is so professional, personable and genuinely cares about his patients. If there is any problem or issues with insurance, he is right on it to correct, help and straighten out so efficiently. He is never to busy to serve and if he is, he is so polite and professional to tell me that he will be right with me. I have been with Walgreens for many years but with the Walgreens on Garland Road in Dallas for just a few months and I have to say it is the best Pharmacy with the best staff Jiju, lead Pharmacist, Shiju G. the other pharmacist and the techs, Tiffany and Diana! There is one tech and I can’t remember his name but he is great, too! I know exemplary service trickles from the top and that is from Jiju G. Thanks Team! you are all the BEST!

I kept going back to this location hoping I just had gotten someone on a bad day. I have a prescription that’s hard to find and called ahead to double check they had it. I was told by 3 different people it was there and they definitely had it and it would be ready in an hour.I was leaving that night on a business trip so it was very important to have. When I arrived at the pharmacy not only was I told no they couldn’t fill it but that the staff thought I was asking for a similar medication but not the one on my Rx. Because of their incompetency I had to go a week without my medication and became sick from this.I tried again (foolishly) thinking if I ordered it I wouldn’t have to go through this again. The next month it was filled, the month after I was told no I would have to order it.A different Walgreens was shocked by this and I was informed once you place an order it’s in the system to auto-order that prescription every month.This particular Walgreens is terrible. Their customer service is lacking, their knowledge is lacking and their supervisor or pharmacist is rude and arrogant. This is the first time I WILL be contacting corporate.

The store itself is great! I always prefer walgreens over any other pharmacy store, but the pharmacy and their staff Suck! There’s girls with tattoos on their chest and crazy looking hair besides that you’d think they would have good customer service, no they have full on conversations before they even acknowledge you are in front of them.
