I don’t like Walgreens’s online order system. It is a nightmare. Sometimes, their system shows the order is ready for pick up, but when you go to there you see their system is down. Because of the same reason, sometimes you don’t get any email which shows your order is ready. Once, I wanted to return some products, and I was said I cannot get back my rewards points that I used when I purchased the products, so I gave up to return them.
