Every staff person I have spoken to was very pleasant, very nice and friendly, very respectful. I really liked them! However – I cannot imagine how this place could get 5 stars and I think it could only be friends of the staff. The incompetence of this organization is astounding. Every single purchase, prescription, order, or search for something went wrong in ways that it never occurred to me things could go wrong. I am moving my business elsewhere – three times is enough! Too bad – like I said, they are very nice! But that is not enough.
