It’s a drugstore, what’s to say ?The store is clean and organized with friendly staff.The pharmacy, on the other hand, has a ways to go yet. Disorganized and using some seriously convoluted software to function.

Called for a friend who ran out of medication while up in herkimer area. They were happy to fill his prescription. Pharmacist was polite and very helpful

The customer service is horrible they don’t answer the phone for 20 minutes at a time. When going through the drive through they ignore you and leave you sitting in your car for up to 30 minutes then you pull up and they walk away and proceed to ignore you for another 5 minutes before helping you
