In a Red Cross Disaster Nurse (RN) trying to speak to a pharmacist regarding a mutual client. I waited on hold 30+ minutes; impossible to get through at any time of day. I tried calling Walgreens customer service. Again, the same situation. I took to time to write them a letter describing this situation but I’m not hopeful.

I got there 614 on Sun night it was all shut down the manager was locking the door to go home he sees me in there 1 a month for couple yrs I travel 85. Miles to get there I told him I was week behind issues w Dr not pharmacy but the manager Jason opened it back up w up front got a cash drawer I even told him I’d let them have 2 extra bucks trying to make it quicker 4 him but he went and got it got me my meds I can’t express how appreciative I am 4 that thanks Jason

Always have issues with my prescriptions when I go there and trying to call is the worst. I seem to get stuck on hold anytime I try to talk to a real person for 15 minutes having to listen to the same music (which isn’t horrible). What makes me want to tear my hair out though is the automated voice that comes on literally every ten seconds to tell you we’re sorry. Our staff is answering other calls. We will be with you shortly. I understood it the first time and don’t need constant reminding.
