The pharmacist told me I could not transfer a prescription here. When I explained how she could she said she was short staffed and it would take several hours. So she obviously knew she could, she just didn’t want to do it. She then hung up on me.

The pharmacy staff is disorganized!!! If you can’t put care for customer service then you shouldn’t work in a retail pharmacy! I’m not a difficult person (I was a tech for both Rite Aid & Walgreens)…I don’t like when the workers are lazy and being there just for a paycheck. Walgreens should really do something about this.
