I was told to go across the street to Subway?

Recently I was in Walgreens and had to wait a long time for a vaccination. That’s not the issue, turns out I needed to utilize the restroom and it was closed. I was told to go across the street to Subway? I ended up going to Safeway instead. What is going on for a major company like Walgreens to not have a public restroom?

I found the pharmacy very difficult and totally disorganized. Stopped by to pickup a simple prescription and was told they had no prescription on file, we noticed the doctors office who stated the request was called in hours ago. Returning the second time, the pharmacist found it on the counter, it was never entered into their system . I was told to return in 45 minutes. I received a text stating that the prescription was ready for pickup return for the third time , and found the pharmacy was Closed for lunch ! I was told by the cashier to return in about 45 minutes that the pharmacy closes on Saturday for a lunch break. I’m returning again for the forth time, hopefully, I can finally pick it up this time !

Scheduled a COVID test. Arrived on my bicycle (don’t own a car). Waited in line for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I arrived at the window for the person working to tell me I couldn’t be helped because I wasn’t in a vehicle. I let her know I’d taken a test here on my bike before and I don’t own a car. She still refused stating safety concerns and recommended that I get an UBER to take my test. This person recommended that I pay for an UBER and potentially put that driver at risk so I could take my test. Let that sink in.After I asked if they could come outside and test me or if I could go inside. No option. So basically you need to have access to a car to get tested here. Which is weird because they tested me before while I rode through on my bike. This was frustrating to say the least. Y’all get money from the government to test. Make it more accommodating and accessible. You shouldn’t be denied for a test just because you don’t have access to a car.
