In short: probably, the worst pharmacy experience I ever had.Details:Firstly, pharmacy cannot locate the order from Stanford Healthcare (while with CVS and Rite Aid orders are visible in realtime and usually executed in <30 mins). It took about 3 hours for the order to pop up in the system.Secondly, the pharmacy didn't have a very basic amoxicillin in stock, so we had to wait for the pharmacy to find another pharmacy that has it and re-route us there...Ultimately, 4-5 hours lost and amoxicillin course is delayed a bit, which unpleasant.After the story is over, going to switch back to CVS or Right Aid.

I usually like coming here. The staff are mostly polite and efficient. I can tell they have to fulfill several roles within the store and their jobs are not easy. I am sympathetic to people in customer service and retail roles and I do not expect them to bend over backwards for customers. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience today with one of the staff. I told the photo employee my last name and he picked two orders with that name. He told me, I don’t know which one is yours and started taking the photos out from each folder to show me. Luckily both of the photos happened to belong to me, but this would have been a huge invasion of privacy if they were not. Then without explaining why, he only gave me one photo order and took the other one away. After I told him I wanted both, he explained that there is a limit of one order per household. I was unaware of this policy. It would have been better customer service and less confusing if he had clarified why he was refusing to give me the other photo instead of just taking it away.
