I am going to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I have been trying to reach out to a pharmacist for three days, they either hand up on me or sending me back on the voice options. This is ridiculous. If you want to do health-related business then you need to respect patients needs and supply the right number of staff. I did the express checkout on my phone to expedite my medicines pickup. I saw the charge on my card. The next day my partner stopped by to pick them up, they had him pay again claiming they they didn’t charge me! Not to mention that they always have long long line. Never organized, they don’t ask who did express checkout. And the sad part is to see older or disabled people waiting ina long line. Those people should have a priority.

I have to call to update my insurance information or the copay card for one of my prescriptions each month, despite my insurance and copay cards not changing. Currently, I’ve been waiting on them to fill another prescription for two weeks, which they’ve said is out of stock but can’t tell me when they’ll get replenished. They can’t transfer it to a different location or even tell me which location might have it in stock.These issues are not unique to this location, they are company wide. And if I ever set foot in another Walgreens store, it’ll be too soon. If you have to ability to choose a different company for your prescriptions, do it.
