Avoid avoid avoid. I live 2 minutes from this Walgreens but I’ll drive out of the way to CVS over going to this Walgreens. The line for the pharmacy is always insane unless you come at night. Also, I tried to get a prescription filled here but ran into an insurance issue, which they said they’d handle. I got a text stating my prescription was ready for pickup a few days later but when I went to pick it up they said there was no prescription, had to look it up, still found an insurance issue and told me to call my doctor and they said they couldn’t help me. My doctor said all I had to do was show a coupon to the pharmacy but I asked them to switch my prescription to CVS anyway. CVS got the prescription, called me to let me know the insurance issue, figured out the coupon issue within 3 minutes, and filled my prescription 30 minutes later. *face palm* The staff at Walgreens are clearly just overworked and/or not knowledgeable here.Also, the last time I was here in early May, a pharmacy tech was aggressively asking people very, very loudly if they got their covid vaccine and if not, if they wanted a vaccine and for those that answered no, why not. I’m vaccinated and I still found this INCREDIBLY inappropriate.Finally, any time I get photos printed here, the coloring is really screwy. Again, avoid avoid avoid this Walgreens.

For starters, I love Walgreens. It’s always been a great spot to pick up goodies but this particular Walgreens has misplaced my online order… on 4 separate occasions. Even after presenting the confirmation number, pickup email and order details, they’ve claimed my order does not exist. Frustrating because after I left, they called to confirm it was found. This has process has been repeated 4 times…Kudos to the extremely patient employees for taking their time to help and call me back. However, organization is lacking from the location.Bleh!!
