I frequent this location and customer service has always been not good which normally I don’t care about. But on this particular trip really just set me off to write this review. I was trying to pick up my prescription in the Pharmacy and the person that helped me was really no help. He just gave me close ended answers and I had to keep asking ok, what do I have to do then so many times. Seriously did not offfer any help at all and just wanted me to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this Pharmacy at all.

Slightly exceeded expectations. Convenient downtown location. That had what I needed. Service was relatively friendly. Employees complying with Covid 19 safety standards. Stopped here twice during my two-day stay in Monterey.
