I usually don’t shop at this location and it was my first time in a long time that I visited this store today 09/13/20 at around 2:45 pm,I stopped by and saw two shift leads a young lady and a gentlemen that were talking around the cosmetics department, it seemed they were working on restocking merchandise, I approached the woman and asked her if she could please open the restroom for me she started to give me a lecture how due to COVID 19th they don’t have a public restroom available for their customers, I couldn’t understand how this is possible for a store like Walgreens that is also a pharmacy not to have a restroom for their customers, I have never seen this in any other district or Walgreens stores, I finished my purchases and as I turned around I think she thought I had left she started making fun of me with the other shift lead that I got mad about the bathroom and she didn’t care and wasn’t about to go and open the restroom for me, is this really who the company what’s to be their face and represent their company, I think I would’ve expect this type of behavior from maybe a service clerk but not from the shift leads, the front cashier was actually super nice and welcoming but the shift leads they leave a lot to be desired with that type of behavior.

Four stars because they’re close and the staff is nice. But I must say the parking lot is swarming with undesirables all the time. Its hard to just get from your car to the front door without getting accosted several times. I rarely go after dark its just dangerous sometimes. Dirty dirty dirty the parking lot is just pitiful. Shopping carts strewn about the place, Louisiana Fried Chicken containers, vomit beside the parking stalls. I lost count after 100 pieces of papers and discarded trash just laying in the parking lot. Seriously folks.

Turn ons before 9 they say they’re open till 9. I call them 2 minutes ago in the parking lot walk up to the door there several people inside the cars someone were still running also i will people waiting for them and they say ccclosed
