Don’t make your vaccine appointment here. I had my appointment at a Walgreens in Oakland and it was *vastly* different. This place has no idea what they’re doing. Completely confusing and disorienting. Even for me, who’s escorted multiple people to appointments and been myself. Will not return here.

It is the time of the month and thought I’d be okay with feminine pads that are for light periods. I went to a CVS drive thru and the person had gone on lunch. My little brother called Walgreens to inquire about pads and if one is allowed to walk in or of it was just a drive thru basis. In which he informed my brother that they are open for walk ins and that the Walgreen’s oen 24 hours. Jerry was so patient and kind via phone. Once I made it to the store Jerry greeted me right away. Jerry was friendly, patient, and provided exceptional customer service. Props to Jerry especially working at this time he provided superb customer service with a genuine smile on his face. Thank you very much Jerry.

They were an hour late giving me my vaccine. Clerk at check in counter seemed to be completely oblivious of everything going on. These guys are vaccinating probably 5 people a day at this rate.
