I had a negative experience today (and so did my mom previously). On both occassions we brought it up to the manager. But just because of these exceptions, I am not going to give 1 star. Majority of the interactions were positive.Yes, they do make mistakes and don’t place order even though they tell you to come at certain time and keeps you waiting. Sometimes it takes about an hour in the drive through. But look the staffs are only in certain numbers and can only do so much. The new staff needs to be trained but we were all new at our jobs at certain point. So I can empathize.See, had I not talked to manager face-to-face I would write a seething rant online hiding behind keyboard. But the manager was polite, respectful and professional and presented the ‘front page’ of the store.Sometimes these old fashioned ways of face-to-face discussion are still better and sorts things out and quells angry customers. And no. It doesn’t make you a Karen.

Speaking on the drive through pharmacy. There were three cars ahead of me. The first and second ones took ten minutes each the third car that was right in front of me took roughly 30 minutes!! When it was my turn I picked up my prescription in three minutes!!! That was just ridiculous and unacceptable..When you encounter issue with a customer or you know their prescription will take longer time you can ask them to park near and keep the line moving..I am very unhappy and I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all don’t go unless you have a lot of time and gas to waste waiting in line to pick up a prescription prescription that takes 3 minutesThanks
