This was hands down the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Dropped off meds after my son was released from the hospital. We went to this location because it was close to my friends house and the hospital. They told me meds would be ready at 2:30. I arrived at three stood in line for 45 minutes before ever being acknowledged. They still hadn’t filled the prescriptions and I had to wait an additional ten minutes for them to finally be filled and one of them was only partially filled. I watched car after car be serviced while the line of people were ignored for nearly an HR. Also being disabled standing in line that long was extremely difficult and seating was occupied by those waiting after getting the covid vaccine. Completely mismanaged and poorly staffed.
