Waited on the phone for a long time just to be transferred to the pharmacy. They kept answering saying I have how many customers in front of you please wait thank you!! And placed me back on hold another five times! I didn’t even get a chance to respond!!!! I’m assuming they don’t know how to multi task!!! What’s the point of hiring people who can’t? Your reviews are poor it’s sad!! I too like Walgreens but this one specifically is just horrible!!! Bad customer service over the phone!!!!!!!!

I had to wait 40mins in drive thru and another 20 inside! I call in the morning for my Prescriptions and Pharmacy technician said it will be ready for me when i got there! Well not the case here!!!
