I made an appointment and went in for a flu shot. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time. Normally, I wouldn’t complain about it but here’s what bothers me. I had an appointment. There were 2 people that arrived right before me as walk-ins and those 2 people received their shots before me. Furthermore, the lady giving the shot came out after the 3 of us waited 30 minutes and proceeded to give the 2 walk-ins their shot and then went back in and made me wait another 10 minutes. She couldn’t just give all 3 of us shots? The worst part of this whole situation is that during those 40 minutes I was waiting, there were no other customers in the pharmacy area.
