My mother went to get her COVID test here for her trip back home to Hawaii. We scheduled the COVID test 2 days before her flight out. The test goes off without a hitch and we were told that she would receive an email within the next day with her results. It has now been two days and she got on the plane with no email in sight. She many now have to quarantine for 10 days because she doesn’t have any results. I recommend you NEVER get your COVID tests here unless you want to waste your money.EDIT: We had the right email on record because we received a confirmation and a reminder for her testing the day before via email.

If your prescriptions are important, don’t go here as you won’t actually get them. Everytime I go to pick up a prescription they say I never ordered it even though I got confirmation from them it was ready. Then they say they don’t have it. Real fun experience when you need your prescription to stay alive.

I would recommend management looking at the work environment and culture for the pharmacy workers at this location. (I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I understand how tough it can be). ESP in the drive through- they seem miserable. I made the switch to CVS as it was a bummer dealing with tellers at Walgreens.
