Very bad experience tonight. Waited and waited to pick up photos which were already paid for. The poor cashiers had to call over and over for someone to come to the counter and finally Mike came. He was incredibly rude and charged me AGAIN despite me pulling up my receipt from paying online when I ordered the photos. The cashiers were friendly and apologetic though and Marissa was very helpful. I will not be going back.

I think they do a good job. People need to realize it takes time to service so many people with so little staff and still be accurate to a fault. Learn patience.
