I would give Eagle Pass Walgreens no stars if I could. On January 27, 2021 my elderly mother went to Eagle Pass Walgreens to pick up her meds that should have been just over $140 with insurance but Walgreens charged her credit card the full amount which was over $700. Shouldn’t have been a big issue if she would have gotten some cooperation from the pharmacist who was no help at all and did not allow my mother to speak to a manager after requesting to speak to one. Then the pharmacist disappeared to the back and never returned. The lack of professionalism from this pharmacist is unacceptable. My mother called United Healthcare to try and resolve the issue. I am in Houston TX so I can’t be there to help my mom resolve this unnecessary issue. Hopefully United Healthcare can help her. I pray Eagle Pass will get a CVS soon.
