Not to happy with this place. The last two times I’ve came in, they had long lines. I had to ask the cashier if she could call someone to help her. While the shift manager walked around and the other clerk was sticking. I mean I shouldn’t had to ask the cashier to call for help. The shift manager or the other clerk should jump up and help. I know the Walgreens in New Braunfels won’t have lines with more than 2 customers. I figured it was with all Walgreens. Customer service should come first, and y’all should call for backup when y’all have more then 3 customers in line.

The customer service is worthless. If my dog could shop, I would not let it shop at this Walgreens. Even my dog deserves better.
