Started as my favorite location. 24hrs and quick service. Until a week ago when they hired a new woman in pharmacy. She is the most rude and de sensitized person I’ve ever met. No compassion or understanding to help the customer. Almost seems lost behind the counter. I’ll deal with the other one closing early rather than return to this location ever again. 3 years ago y’all were high star rating now I see why it’s a 2 star review. Maybe the customers are on to something about the companies ability to screen and hire customer oriented employees

Sometimes could be the worse pharmacy or the best pharmacy , I been using this pharmacy for over 25 years , but depends of the staff that work the shift. Because this pharmacy it’s located in the medical center should provide the best service , so it can obtain 5 Stars but it’s not .
