If you go for a covid shot you might as not even make an appointment. Just do a walk in. Or better yet pick any other place to go. It’s useless to make appointments considering I made one at 3 and didn’t walk out until 4:30. It took them almost 20 minutes just to give me paperwork to fill out. You would think as simple as the sheet of paper is it would already be printed out. Then I got there before someone else checking into my appointment but they got the paper to fill out way before me. They give 2 people a shot and then the person doing them takes off somewhere else and is just walking around the store until they take another 2 people to give the shot. They’re nice but they’re also absolutely slow and not prepared AT ALL. You could have an appointment but then the next person after you says “Oh my sister and her kids wanted to get it is it possible to squeeze in 4 more people during ours? So in the end it doesn’t even really matter.

Stopped in with severe allergies, I was surprised at how well clean, organized and well stocked this location is. The bathrooms are very clean as well.I did notice their cold drink coolers had a weird smell to it, but it didn’t effect the taste. All the staff I encountered were kind, pleasant and seemed happy to be there

Received a text that my son’s prescription was ready to be picked up. Came in the very next day and waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Once I got to the window, the girl was not understanding that I was notified my son’s prescription was ready. Perhaps the doctor called in the prescription to the wrong location but the girl inside was VERY rude about the whole ordeal. I couldn’t hear her clearly so I asked her to speak up and she did. However, I had already sent my cards over to pay and verify identity and she comes over the speaker and yells ma’am you need to move! I said, I need my cards back and motioned that I had already sent them up. Smart mouthy she says, oooooh okayyyy! Unprofessional. Period.
