I don’t know what has happened to the quality of customer service here, but I was shocked when I called the pharmacy- A woman answered the phone and was completely off putting and sounded very bothered that I called. I asked about my prescription and she was very annoyed that she had to find out about my status on the refill. I’m very disappointed. It’s not the first time I’ve had poor customer service here, but it will be the last- I’m taking my business elsewhere.
