Lead pharmacist is the rudest I ever worked with. Called ahead of time to give them my insurance but they said to do it in person. So I came in person, waited thirty minutes for my turn at the pharmacy, and was told my insurance wasn’t accepted. She proceeded to insinuate I was a liar because I said that was the reason I called ahead in the first place. Instead of an apology or even showed concern, she walked away without saying anything and I was left there dumbfounded?? Never had such a rude experience with an employee at a walgreens ever!

Update: The test results were only one day later than expected, but the information we originally got was so not great.This Walgreens offers free COVID19 testing, and all of their estimates indicate that results should only be about 2 days max. Their website links to 2 labs, one with less than 24 hrs average results, the other says 1-2 days average. We went in on Sunday due to various CDC restrictions of when we could get tested. We fully expected results by Tuesday based on all reasonable info. BUT we just called the store and found out that all weekend tests (Sat thru Mon) are HELD UNTIL MONDAY EVENING before being sent to the lab… and they don’t even know which lab or how long it takes to get there. It is likely that we will have to wait an additional days beyond what we expected! Deceiving information not properly clarified on the website or other posted info.
