The simple fact that a pharmacist working at this Walgreens told my insurance company that she was TOO BUSY to override a prescription so that my insurance company could approve a new one, is APPALLING. Not only was this a medication I needed, this was my ANTIDEPRESSANTS…what kind of pharmacy are you running if YOU ARE REFUSING TO HELP PEOPLE GET THEIR MEDICATION.To the lady who I spoke with on the phone earlier, even if the prescription was EVENTUALLY overrode, the issue stands that a PHARMACIST told my insurance company that she was too busy to help me get my medication.I will NEVER go to this Walgreens again…

Pharmacist delayed my prescription for days and eventually simply refused to fill my prescription because “she didn’t feel comfortable with me being diagnosed through telemedicine” which is completely absurd. My doctor’s office tried contacting for days as well as myself and she refused every time. Will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on. Too many pharmacies available in the immediate region to have to beg to have my prescription refilled by an entitled pharmacist
