Manager is very nice. I had a problem with my my OTC card. She was so kind. She took my name and number to assist me with the problem on the corporate level. She also provided me with valuable coupons to purchase store products for the inconvenience. I consider this a genuine act of caring about your customer. She went beyond the call of duty to satisfy me and remedy the situation. I am so ,so grateful. No one owes you anything. She was kind and respectful. She had good verbal communication skills.She knew her job well. She quickly de-escalated an embarrassing situation. She made things right She handled the problem as though it was happening too her. This lady should be commended for outstanding service,,superviser,and person.
