The pharmacist Mark and all the people working in the pharmacy offer the fastest, most courteous and thorough service in Lufkin. I’ve only had very positive experiences always at this store and am always greeted with a genuine smile. I drive outta my way to frequent this store and the pharmacy has been my go-to since they opened. Highly rated!!

I came to the pharmacy on Saturday to transfer a prescription from a hospital pharmacy to Walgreens. The guy took all of the information and told me it would probably be a few hours. I had enough of this medicine to not need to go back that day and since I was about to head to work in was inconvenient to do so. I come back today, and they haven’t even heard of it and have no idea what I’m talking about. So I go through the transfer process again and ask them to please call meIf there’s any problems or the medicine is ready. After not hearing from them in 5 hours I give them a call to only find that “it’s on hold because of not having insurance information.” I simply gave her my Tricare ID number and she let me know to give them about 30min to an hour and they’d have that filled. Really annoying since I don’t just live right down the road from Walgreens. Definitely going to look into switching pharmacy’s! Get your life together here… please.

Arrived at pharmacy at 1:03 pm. Waited in line. Got to counter at 1:16pm. Pharmacist closed pharmacy for the posted 1:30pm lunch said come back later. Really?
