Rude. This use to be the best Walgreens in Longview. Lately it’s like they don’t care. People at the front are great just don’t have a question for the pharmacy they’ll get annoyed & hang up on you. They said they didn’t have medicine in. So I called & said I’m not making a special trip back just to get the pills that were missed. Which they said was fine it will be ready Tuesday. No prob so I called on Tuesday because I hadn’t received a email or text on the medicine being ready. Online kept ready partial fill ready. When I called the man who answered said it’s ready & hung up. So I called back to ask if it was the partial or whole prescription. Said it was the entire prescription & proceeded to hang up again. The price doesn’t sound right but I’m not calling back again.My doctor’s office has problems with the refill request. It never fails I get a email saying the request was denied so I call the doctor. The doctors nurse says someone clearly can’t read at that pharmacy.

Not open late at all.I have an addictive prescription, I use it as directed but not having it causes withdrawal symptoms obviously.I regularly have issues getting my script because they didn’t order it. Been using this pharmacy for 8 months straight and they still get it wrong sometimes.

John “pharmacy technician” is extremely rude, rude! He went out of his way to be disrespectful. He lacks decency. Who allowed this guy to interact with customers?! No respect at all. Clueless about customer service. He lacks basic manners. He delivered a poor experience.
