If I could give them 0 stars I would. The store manager was the worst. Came in to take passport photos for my 8 month old. I called in advance to see if there were any requirements for a baby and I was told no just to bring the baby in. I showed up to the store and I was told they don’t take passport pictures for babies. They manager said it was a liability. I mentioned I called in advance and he didn’t apologize at all. Theyway he turned us away was unapologetic and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the store manager not to complain about the photos but about the way they spoke to us and for my surprise it was him. He needs an extensive training on simple communication skills. All he needed to say was I’m sorry you were told the wrong information and I apologize that was it.
