Store is fine but the pharmacy is the worst. They’re always significantly backed up due to short staffing and a decent number of people actually come to this location. They have two lines for drive thru pick up, but one staff serving, and you get stuck in a line that doesn’t move and can’t reverse. They had a separate line for Covid vaccine and medicine pick up, but half the time they don’t follow their own rules and it’s frustrating the staff is dealing with verifying insurance for 15 minutes yet when they should be dealing with customers who are there to get meds. Bottom line – place is horribly run.

The SLOWEST drive thru pharmacy ever. I just DO NOT understand why it takes 20 minutes to pick up a prescription I’ve already requested for pickup. It is not a new one, just a refill that I requested on the app. They really need a new system. There are a lanes 6-7 cars deep. Can someone explain …
