I dropped a prescription off at 8:34pm on yesterday. The system told me it would be ready 7:34 this morning. I went to pick it up, and I was told it wasn’t ready. I just called back to get info on pickup. They told me I couldn’t have it ready by 12 unless I come wait in the store for an hour. They entered it twice which slowed it down. They made the error. Why wouldn’t you accommodate me? I shouldn’t have to makethree trips to pick up one prescription. I definitely plan to file a complaint with the company.

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!! They take forever to do anything.. Takes them days to fill anything.. drive-thru is ridiculous.. I hate this Walgreens with a fiery passion.. get your medicine filled somewhere else.. they also 9/10 times never have the medication but you’ll wait over an hour to get to the window in store and twice as long in the drive-thru.. this place is a joke
