Normally I have a good enough experience here, but I was charged 14.99 for something that I shortly after verified (by calling the store) was 12.99 because the cashier was too lazy to go check the price and instead asked me, to which I said I don’t know, 12 or 14? so she decided to charge me 14.99. While I waited on the phone to verify the price, they came back and told me they were sold out, which was a lie as I had been in there only about ten minutes earlier. Finally they come back to tell me the price, no apology or anything for being overcharged. Now I have to drive back up and get a refund when this could have been avoided if the cashier had just correctly price checked my item.
