There are certain beauty products that I buy here. I find Walgreens a bit pricey. This store is never crowded and always nice and clean.

The pharmacy staff is terrible! Today, I finally had enough of the cashier, Penny, and spoke with a manager. Penny has been rude for the last 4 months. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t be there. You wouldn’t have a job without customers. From now on, I will refuse service from Penny whenever she is there. I am almost tempted to change pharmacies completely. If it wasn’t for the preauthorization on my husband’s much needed heart medication, I would have already changed. I am sure even Wal-Mart Pharmacy treats their customers with more respect. I may even contact corporate if this pattern continues with Penny. The service is so bad that I remembered her name specifically to avoid her in the future.

Today Mary the cashier told me to step back on the big blue dot in the floor at the checkout. I didn’t realize I was 1 yes I said 1 small step outside of the big blue dot. So she scolds me.If they are going to be so corrective towards customers then tell the manager to pull her mask up off her chin and wear it properly.The manager was walking around with her mask on her chin.
