Called to check on my son’s prescription and they said his pediatrician hadn’t called in it yet. Then called back and a lady was very rude and told me they had it and was still in the process of working on it. Very rude staff.

Service is terrible. Took over 24 hours to get prescription filled for my daughter and workers were rude, they blamed everything on doctor office, insurance company, etc. Hate the automated phone system it is definitely not user friendly. Glad we can use a locally owned pharmacy which we will be using from now on.
