I been a customer of this Walgreens since 2017! Never had issues in the pharmacy until recently! Granted there has been staff changes with new faces! Comes with the territory! Jett, the pharmacist has always and still is a pleasure! Very patient and kind! I had a bad experience with Kayla the assistant when I visited the pharmacy a week ago! Very bad attitude!!! just yesterday I experienced another bad experience with Tammy Brenon the pharmacist! I had came 3 times for a prescription that was supposed to be called in for a surgery I just had done earlier that day. I was told the I would receive a tex once it was completed! NEVER RECEIVED THE TEXT! arrived the third time only to be told the prescription needed prior authorization, and it wasn’t in stock! I asked why wasn’t i called, no one had an answer. I can see the assistant that was assisting me through the drive thru window trying to askTAMMY about the situation. TAMMY threw her hands in the air, walked off out of eye view, and closed some door behind her! She never came to the window to explain anything. Basically seem not to care! Very upsetting and disappointed in the lack of concern of service that should have been provided. It sad and upsetting to customers like myself that have to consider a different location because of poor satisfaction!

Never again. I rarely, if ever shop at Walgreens- only as a last resort.Their prices are criminally usurious..Went there at 3:30pm for a single bottle of pain reliever. Inserted my credit card at the register and nothing happened. A second time and still nothing. I pressed cancel button and paid cash. Checked my credit statement and they had charged me twice. Called the store manager and reached out to corporate. They were polite, but basically said it happens. I had to go through credit card co. to reverse charges.
