Pharmacy technicians are rude and consistently make mistakes with prescriptions being filled, or filling the wrong ones.One of the female technicians hung up on me after I asked for them to get a doctors approval on a medication. Not only did it take them 3 days to fill my prescription but it was wrong when I received it.

Decent location. As it’s close to my house, I’m here all the time. The associates and managers remember my name and ask how things are going with me (not just in general, but specifically related to things we’ve discussed before). Their pharmacy is top notch, as a pharmacist is always available to answer questions and suggest OTC products. Store is always clean and stocked with products. I had issues with medications not being refilled by my primary doc. Staff have me proof of Walgreens sending the request to the doc., which pinned down where the break in the process was occurring – at the Doc’s office and NOT at Walgreens. Staff was very helpful and informative in providing me transparency of this process to correct the issue I was having!
