Love the pharmacy here! Always super happy and helpful. As for the rest of the store, there seems to be alot of casual loud talk between associates, which is great,your work place should never be unenjoyable, but needs to be stopped when customers seem lost or needs help finding something.

If you’re in need of your medication quickly and want great customer service this is the best place to go in Massena. My daughter had oral surgery was still unconscious and needed pain meds for her before we got home. Since it wasn’t something that could wait for later I stopped before going home. It was filled right away without aditude unlike across the street. Caring and understanding people with true compassion work here.
