Staff are usually friendly but I should point out that I went in today and saw that an employee (whom I believe was the manager) wearing his mask completely under his chin while talking loudly on the phone and spreading his germs everywhere. There was also a costumer walking around with absolutely no mask on, and none of the employees (not even the manager) said anything to him. There is a pandemic going on, in case you forgot. Please show some sense and some concern for other people’s safety. There is no excuse for this. I don’t think I will return because I don’t feel safe there, as the rules are clearly not being upheld!
